Protect Our Electoral Vote
If passed, LR24CA would place a constitutional amendment on the November ballot, to move Nebraska to a winner-take-all system for presidential electoral votes. Nebraska's current system ensures voters across different congressional districts have a voice in presidential elections. LR24CA would eliminate that distinction. Lawmakers need to hear from Nebraskans right now. Tell your Senator to vote NO on LR24CA.
Transparency Now: The Epstein Case
Transparency is not optional. Accountability is not partisan. Survivors and the American public deserve the truth. Sign the petition to demand transparency from the DOJ.
LB907 limits immigration enforcement actions in schools. LB1034 restricts ICE access to schools. Contact your state senator and encourage them to support LB907 and LB1034.
The SAVE Act blocks millions of Americans from voting, by requiring people to produce specific documents to register to vote. 21 million Americans don’t have these documents readily available. Law already makes it clear that only American citizens can vote in elections.

A broad coalition of groups across the country, including Indivisible, is demanding that Congress answer our call to get ICE Out For Good. Congress MUST use the tools they have to end this lawless violence, and withhold their votes from any bill that would increase ICE's already massive budget. Nebraska is directly supporting the Trump administration's mass deportation goals, through 287(g) agreements - a deportation collaboration program that puts local resources into immigration enforcement. Add your name to tell Gov. Pillen and other officials that these agreements must end.

Trump & Tax Breaks For Corporations
Trump issued new regulations that loosen enforcement, raise income thresholds, and exempt entire industries from compliance, including crypto firms, multinational corporations, and private equity titans. Tell Congress to stop Trump from handing out secret tax breaks to the rich and corporations.
